FlameDeck is a tool for die-cast car collectors to manage their collections. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account (including your iCloud account associated with the app).

2. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Use any automated system (robots, scrapers) to access the app's services or AI features.
• Use the app for any illegal purposes or to infringe upon the intellectual property of others.
• Abuse the AI identification service by uploading non-related or harmful content.

3. AI Disclaimer (Accuracy & Estimates)

• Accuracy: FlameDeck uses AI to identify models and estimate values. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Results should be used for reference only.
• Valuation: Market values provided are estimates based on historical data and AI analysis. They do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed resale prices.

4. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of collection data.
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated values.
